Who We Are

JK Property Management is more than a property management company — we’re a locally owned, family-built business deeply rooted in the Great Falls community. What began in 2002 as a small, home-based operation has grown into one of Great Falls’ most trusted and established property management and real estate companies. But despite the growth, one thing has never changed:
our commitment to people first.

Great Falls has been home to our family for over five decades and six generations. This community is where we’ve raised families, built relationships, invested in neighborhoods, and helped residents and property owners navigate every stage of life — from first apartments to first investment properties and everything in between.

Because we live here too, this work is personal to us.

We understand that behind every lease is a real person:

JK Property Management wasn’t built overnight. It was built through years of hard work, word-of-mouth referrals, long hours, difficult maintenance calls, honest conversations, and a commitment to doing business the right way — even when it’s not the easiest way.

Over the years, our team has grown into a group of licensed property managers, leasing specialists, maintenance professionals, accounting experts, and real estate professionals who genuinely care about the people we serve. Many of our residents stay with us for years. Many of our owners have trusted us with their investments for over a decade. And many of our referrals come from former residents, local contractors, and community members who know our reputation firsthand.
