I have been renting from J&K for 10 years now and have had no issues. Recently, I came home from an out of town trip around 4:00 p.m. to a furnace that was not working. I called J&K and left a message and within minutes I received a call back from KellEy the owner. She immediately dispatched AT Klemmens, who showed up within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes.
